Here’s my 3.0/MP write-up for the bronze age version of Loki, the earliest Avenger’s villain (he showed up in no less than Avengers issue #1). The Transformation spell can be any 356 CP creature the GM can think of. Likewise, additional spell slots will need to be fleshed-out by the GM.
