Here’s my 3.0/Mighty Protectors version of the Bronze Age Ronan the Accuser. I modeled his “Universal Weapon” using Arsenal because in the comics this weapon has a large number of abilities. I left 4 slots open so that a prospective GM could insert an Ability that he or she feels Ronan needs.
